Query enriched protein sequence databases

Query the SCOP-NrichD database (v1) or Pfam-NrichD (v1) database using jackhmmer [HMMER 3.0] to identify remote homologues.
Search is performed in both NrichD and natural sequence databases. Combined hits from both the searches are reported.
