Design sequences for a protein family or between two protein families of the same fold

User can generate protein-like sequences for a protein family or alternatively generate intermediate sequences between two families within a fold.
The user can either chose a known SCOP domain family/families such as 'a.1.1.1' or provide a mutiple sequence alignment of a protein family/families (in ClustalW/Stockholm format).

          (a) Design sequences for a single SCOP domain family

(i) SCOP domain family (SCOP CODE)   [e.g. 'a.1.1.1']
OR
(ii) Paste a mutiple sequence alignment (MSA) of the protein family. (ClustalW/Stockholm format)

          (b) Design sequences between two SCOP domain families

(i) SCOP domain family 1 (SCOP CODE)
        [e.g. 'a.1.1.1']
AND SCOP domain family 2 (SCOP CODE)
[e.g. 'a.1.1.2']
OR
(ii) Paste a mutiple sequence alignment (MSA) of the protein family. (ClustalW/Stockholm format)
